After partially tearing her left achilles at the end of 2011, Adrian retired from competitive running in 2012.

Adrian has been in the fitness club industry for over 14 years, a certified personal trainer since 2004, and eight of those years have been in management.  She has a wide range of experience from working with Olympic athletes and celebrities to first time exercisers and special populations (injuries, complications, pre/post natal).  Adrian specializes in running, gait analysis, weight loss, and sculpting.  Her training style is a fusion of circuit training, Pilates, boxing, kickboxing, and running.  Adrian’s training philosophy is ‘Fitness is not a temporary state, but a lifestyle.’
