Brian has been a personal trainer in Durango for the past 5 years and loves what he does.  He believes health and fitness are essential to the overall quality of a persons life.  Brian works on the physical body, but to affect the entire person.  When he develops an exercise regime, he does so in the hopes of not only increasing stamina and strength, but confidence and happiness as well.

Brian specializes in weight loss, post-rehab fitness, strength and conditioning for aging men and women, sports specific training for endurance athletes, and fitness education.
Brian is an avid triathlete and cyclist, a husband, and a father of two boys (aka. his personal trainers).
