Durango’s Choice for Massage Therapy

Our certified, highly trained massage therapists offer a wide range of manual therapy and massage techniques to treat problem areas or to relax and unwind the entire body.  General muscle aches, soreness, and stress can be relieved by massage therapy.  Some symptoms that our massage therapists can treat include migraine headaches, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, hip and leg pain, knee, ankle and foot problems.  You can also optimize your athletic performance and aid in injury recovery or prevention by including massage into your routine.

The different techniques that our massage therapist can offer are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, and Sports massage.  You can add on specialty therapies, Cupping and Hot Stone, for an additional $10 to any of your massages.

If you are looking for a specific treatment, whole body relaxation, or to boost your energy levels, schedule a massage with one of our personable, professional therapists.  Members and non-members are welcome.  All massage clients receive complimentary use of the steam room, sauna, hot tub, and child care.  Gift certificates are available.  Please keep in mind that the club has a 24hr Cancellation Policy.

Massage Therapists

Lindsay Petersen, NCMT

Lindsay joined the DSC staff in July 2003. Prior to graduating from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She concentrates on techniques for chronic and acute pain management.

Juli Ninis, NCMT

Juli
Juli graduated from the Atlanta, GA School of Massage in 1996 during the Summer Olympics where she trained as a massage therapist. She specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, sport massage and energy work focus.

Taylor Ferraro, LMT

Taylor

Taylor is a licensed massage therapist and certified Reiki practitioner.  She has lived in Durango for five years. Taylor graduated from the Southwest School of Massage in November 2015. Her main focus is deep tissue massage.  Taylor provides a specialized treatment that is tailored to each clients specific needs incorporating tuning forks, essential oils, and massage cupping.

Leigh Mikell

Leigh

Leigh has been practicing massage since 2005.  During which time she was certified in Ashiatsu barefoot massage, myofascial release levels 1 & 2, and Thai yoga massage among many other modalities.  Leigh’s holistic approach to massage therapy has been helping clients all over the country to achieve balance and well-being for many years.

Isabel Starr

Isabel graduated from Southwest School of Massage and Esthetics here in Durango, CO in 2016. She is educated in integrated bodywork including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal massage. Using her knowledge of human anatomy, Isabel provides a deep massage custom to fit different client’s needs.
